Managing Director and the soul behind the thought called Insight, Dr.Sampath is a quintessential learner whose years of personal observation and research have evolved into models of individual and organizational development.
Dr. Kalpana Sampath
Dr.Kalpana doubles as the Director and Head of the research wing at Insight. Kalpana’s research acumen and conceptual clarity distinguish her as a practitioner who is constantly learning and feeding her experiences back into ongoing research.
Shalini Susheel
A keen student of psychology with a masters in business management, Shalini is instrumental in keeping the team focused on its various initiatives. A multi-tasker and perfectionist at work, she is as much at ease in being the Editor-in-Chief at Insight, as she is in being a trainer imparting skills that facilitate Insight to move towards its vision.
Remya D Hariharan
A designer by profession and an edutainer by choice, this alumnus from NID, Ahmedabad brings in her passion to create innovative products and concepts that reach its users in the most effective form and value add to their purpose.
S Muralidharan
An artist with an experience of more than twenty-five years, Murali is a dedicated team member who breathes life into all the ideas and concepts with his vibrant imagination and creative expression.
